Dan DeMato
Dan DeMato is the President and Founder of FutureTix. In 2008, he recognized the need for someone to help organizations, both venues and vendors, stay abreast of the latest technologies and strategies, determine which ones were right for them, and to create a roadmap to bring them to fruition. During this time FutureTix has worked with organizations across multiple genres and explored various platforms and third-party solutions, gaining invaluable insight into industry trends and best practices.
With over 35 years of ticketing sales and operations experience, Dan often draws upon his secret weapon, a network of contacts that includes some of the savviest ticketing professionals in the business. Dan puts both this wealth of contacts and his own experience at his clients’ disposal through FutureTix.
Dan has served as a speaker at many industry conferences. For many years, he has also had the privilege of hosting the annual FutureTix Ticketing Symposium offering a one day educational and networking event to live entertainment professionals. As a longtime member of INTIX, Dan has served on the Standards and Ethics committee, also as a Board Member, Chair of the Certification Task Force, and is a recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award.
Anna (Zirbel) Williams
Anna Williams has been involved with the ticketing and event industry since 1998. She has experience in ticketing, marketing and performing arts. Before joining FutureTix, her most recent position was as Executive Director for the Thrasher-Horne Center in Orange Park, FL.
Anna was also the founder of the Florida Association of Ticketing (FLOAT) in 2007 and has volunteered in multiple positions for the International Ticketing Association (INTIX) throughout the years, including hosting the 2013 Orlando Annual Conference. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa and M.F.A. in Theatre Management from Florida State University.
